Subprocessors
Last updated: July 12, 2026. This page lists the third-party providers (“subprocessors”) that Kuudo, an Openbridge Inc. company (“Kuudo”) uses to help run its website, accounts, and business operations. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Why this list is short
Kuudo runs inside your own cloud account — AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or Cloudflare. The client tools you choose connect directly to resources deployed in that private cloud account. Substantive Amazon business-data requests, responses, and outputs are exchanged on that direct connection, under your control, and do not reach or become accessible to Kuudo. That means the cloud provider you deploy into is not Kuudo's subprocessor — it's your own infrastructure, governed by your agreement with that provider. Kuudo separately processes limited control-plane information needed to orchestrate the deployment and, where enabled, provide Amazon authorization and token services. This can include scoped cloud credentials, encrypted Amazon refresh tokens, connected-account metadata, configuration, and service status—but not Amazon business data or outputs. The subprocessors below may support that control plane.
1. Kuudo subprocessors
These providers process limited personal information on Kuudo's behalf — for example, website visitor and account data — under contracts that require appropriate safeguards.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Website and application hosting, CDN, DNS, edge security, and deployment (Cloudflare Pages). | Visitor & user IP addresses, request metadata, cookies. | United States (global edge). |
| Mux, Inc. | Encoding, hosting, and streaming of video shown on our website. | Viewer IP address, device and playback metadata. | United States. |
The marketing website currently uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Build-time tools used to create content (for example, code and AI authoring tools) do not process personal information at runtime and are not subprocessors.
2. Cloud platforms you deploy into — your infrastructure, not our subprocessors
Kuudo is designed to run in the cloud account your organization already owns. When you deploy Kuudo, Customer Data is processed inside that account under your direct agreement with the provider. We list these platforms for transparency; they are not Kuudo subprocessors, because Kuudo does not control them and does not process your Customer Data outside your environment. See our Data Processing Addendum for the contractual boundary.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — your account.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — your account.
- Microsoft Azure — your account.
- Cloudflare — your account.
Your own agreements and Data Processing Addenda with these providers govern the data processed in your environment. Where the Service connects to Amazon's APIs, that data is handled under Amazon's applicable policies, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Changes and notice
We keep this page current. Before we engage a new subprocessor that processes personal information, or replace an existing one, we will update this list and — where your agreement or Data Processing Addendum requires — provide advance notice so you can review and, if applicable, object.
