Run the Amazon MCP servers in your own cloud, or use the full managed platform fully managed. Kuudo bills one thing — Amazon API calls, at a simple per-1,000 rate. Everything else runs on your own accounts and keys, with no Kuudo markup.

Estimate your month
Build your volume from the reports and updates you actually run — every scenario priced from Amazon's own API shape. You'll see Pro and Scale side by side, and the point where Scale starts paying for itself.
Custom volume commitments, tailored compliance posture, hands-on support from the Kuudo core team, and Skills built around your playbooks. If your scale or requirements don't fit a card, we'll build a plan that does.
Focus on running Amazon, not on standing up infrastructure. On Pro and Scale, Kuudo deploys and operates the full platform for governed production operation.
Connect directly from any MCP client to a compliant endpoint that lands your Amazon data in a query-ready lake you keep.
The deployment lives inside your own AWS, GCP, Azure, or Cloudflare account — you own the deployment, the data, and the perimeter, and your custom Skills never leave it.

One meter, no middlemen
We don't mark up other people's prices.
Your cloud runs on your account. Your AI keys are your own. Google bills you at Google's rates; your cloud provider bills you at yours. Kuudo charges for exactly one thing — the Amazon API calls we make on your behalf — and every one of them is in your audit trail. One meter, no middlemen, nothing hidden.

One billable call is one outbound request Kuudo makes to an SP-API or Amazon Ads API endpoint on your behalf, regardless of Amazon's response. A tool call that fans out into pagination or multi-marketplace requests bills as the calls it actually makes, and each report poll is a call. Cache hits served from your lake are free, and auth plumbing (token refresh, health checks) is never billed. One rule, no exceptions.
How is Kuudo billed?
One meter: the Amazon API calls Kuudo makes on your behalf. Pro is $0/month plus $0.95 per 1,000 calls; Scale is $249/month plus $0.55 per 1,000. Nothing else is metered — no tokens, rows, reads, or writes. Anything running on your own accounts and keys bills to you directly at that provider's rates with no Kuudo markup: your cloud, your warehouse, and image generation on your own Google API key.
When does Scale pay for itself?
At about 625,000 Amazon API calls a month. Below that, Pro's $0/month + $0.95 per 1,000 costs less; above it, Scale's $249/month + $0.55 per 1,000 wins. At 2M calls a month Scale saves about $550/month; at 20M, about $7,750/month.
Do rejected calls (429s, throttling, errors) count?
Yes. Every outbound call to Amazon bills, because every call is real work — we make whatever calls you ask for, you stay in control, and the cost is visible. Your dashboard breaks out spend on rejected calls by tool and pattern, so waste is something you can see and fix rather than a surprise on the invoice.
Do backfills and historical jobs count?
Yes, at the standard rate. A backfill's call count is a function of what you asked for — say, 12 months of Orders — and how Amazon's API supplies it (search, get, and pagination are Amazon's API design, not ours). It's a one-time cost by nature: the data lands in a lake you own, re-reads are free, and you never pay to pull history twice.
How do I monitor and audit my usage?
Every billed call is in your audit trail — endpoint, tool, timestamp, and response class — with usage broken down by MCP server, tool, and day, your month-to-date charge, and spend on rejected calls. Any line on the invoice traces to specific calls you can inspect.
Why is Amazon PII access only on Scale?
Amazon's Data Protection Policy requires verified, controlled access to restricted data roles like buyer PII and tax data. Gating them behind Scale's verification step — business verification plus a signed DPA — protects your compliance posture as much as ours, and it's a story we can present to Amazon on your behalf.
What's the difference between Community and Pro?
Community is free: we deploy one instance of each Amazon MCP server into your own cloud account, with no usage charges and your AI client as your support channel. Pro is the full managed platform on top — the agent stack, verified Amazon apps, direct support — with usage-based billing at $0.95 per 1,000 Amazon API calls. Either way you own the deployment, the data, and the perimeter.
Is there a contract or minimum on Pro?
No contract, no minimum, no commitment. Pro is $0/month — you pay only for the Amazon API calls you use, and you can stop any time.
What if my usage drops — does Scale still make sense?
Downgrade to Pro whenever you like; the platform is identical, only the rate and the monthly floor change. Scale earns its keep above roughly 625,000 Amazon API calls a month — below that, Pro saves you the $249 floor, and there's no penalty for moving back.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Committed volume buys a custom per-1,000 rate — anchored off the published $0.55, not an unpublished number — plus the support scope your requirements need. If your scale or compliance posture doesn't fit a card, we build a plan that does.
Which AI clients does Kuudo work with?
Any MCP client: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, n8n, and more. There is no lock-in to a single chat box.
Why do I bring my own cloud account and API keys?
Three reasons. It makes no-markup verifiable rather than promised — Google bills you at Google's rates, your cloud provider at yours, and Kuudo can never become a toll booth between you and your own vendors. It's future-proofing — when a better model ships, switching is a key-swap on your schedule, not a Kuudo migration. And the cost/quality tradeoff stays yours — you judge what's worth paying for your brand, at real prices. Flexibility, transparency, efficiency.
