Amazon Marketing Cloud

Govern Amazon Marketing Cloud work from any AI client.

Kuudo is Amazon Marketing Cloud software for teams that want agents to run audience, attribution, and measurement workflows from ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or another MCP client. It combines grounded operator playbooks, customer-cloud deployment, cross-Amazon data access, reproducible runs, and human approval before an audience or other write action goes live.

Operating model

What Kuudo runs in Amazon Marketing Cloud

Use one governed workflow for audience creation, attribution, path analysis, incrementality, reach and frequency, customer value, and off-Amazon measurement. Start with the AMC explainer, then inspect the operator artifacts behind an audience build, a path-to-conversion analysis, or an AMC SQL run.

Who this Amazon Marketing Cloud software is for

Kuudo is built for brands, agencies, analysts, and operators that already have eligible Amazon Marketing Cloud and Amazon Ads access. It is useful when the team wants a reviewed method that can be rerun from an MCP-compatible client instead of another one-off answer.

How Kuudo differs from Amazon Ads Agent

Amazon Ads Agent is now the name of Amazon's whole ad platform. Its built-in conversational experience writes AMC SQL from plain language, as Amazon's agent, in a closed beta Amazon opens by eligibility and marketplace. Kuudo works on the same platform through Amazon's APIs and the Amazon Ads MCP. The agent is yours: the AI client you choose, the rules your team writes, and your seller and vendor data beside AMC, all in your cloud. See Amazon Ads Agent and Kuudo compared, or the console, Intentwise, Skai and Adbrew side by side in the Amazon Marketing Cloud tools comparison.

What an AMC run produces

A run preserves the selected playbook, query or payload, validation result, source and caveat trail, output, approval state, and run log. The interface below is a generative run view, not a claim that Kuudo is a fixed dashboard. The underlying operations come through the Amazon Ads MCP.

What Amazon Marketing Cloud costs

Amazon says AMC is available at no cost to eligible advertisers. Paid signal subscriptions, partner services, implementation, cloud infrastructure, and Kuudo are separate economic layers. See Kuudo pricing for the software layer.

Skills - MCP - Agents

Eight AMC use cases.
One agent that actually runs them.

Each common AMC question becomes a Skill, wired through MCP to your AMC instance, DSP seat, and partner signals.

Grounded playbooks, an audit log, and human approval come first. Generated SQL stays visible whenever your team wants to inspect it.

Agent - AMC

Pick a use case.
Watch the agent run it.

Each step is an MCP tool call against AMC, DSP, or connected signals. Outputs are reproducible from the run log and activation waits for approval.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions.

What is Amazon Marketing Cloud software?
Amazon Marketing Cloud software helps eligible advertisers analyze pseudonymized signals and build privacy-safe audiences. Kuudo adds a governed operating layer for running those workflows from MCP-compatible AI clients.
Do I need to know SQL to use AMC through Kuudo?
No. You ask in plain English and a grounded Skill selects the workflow, writes or adapts the SQL, validates the run, and returns the result. The SQL remains available for review.
Can an AI assistant run Amazon Marketing Cloud queries automatically?
Yes. You ask the question in ChatGPT, Claude or another MCP client, and the Turn AMC Questions Into Answers and Audiences Skill selects the workflow, writes or adapts the SQL, validates it and runs it against your AMC instance through the Amazon Ads MCP. Aggregated results come back to the conversation with the SQL available for review, and an audience waits at a human approval gate before activation.
Can I analyze Amazon Marketing Cloud data using ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Kuudo connects your AMC instance to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, n8n or any MCP client through the Amazon Ads MCP, so the analysis happens in the AI your team already works in. Queries run inside AMC under Amazon's privacy rules, and only aggregated results come back to the conversation.
What should an agency look for in Amazon Marketing Cloud software for multi-brand reporting?
Clean separation between brands, SQL the team can review, runs that repeat on every client, and approval before an audience goes live. Kuudo is built for brands, agencies and analysts that already have AMC access. The Resolve the Right Amazon Ads Account Skill states which advertiser account a question runs against, each request resolves to a versioned Skill and run log that can be rerun on a later window, and Kuudo Pro includes up to 25 seats across 5 organizations.
Does Kuudo's AMC work for vendors as well as brands?
Yes, for any advertiser Amazon makes eligible for AMC, whether it sells to Amazon as a vendor or on Amazon as a seller. AMC runs through the Amazon Ads MCP, and a vendor can put Vendor Central purchase orders, shipments and Retail Analytics beside it through the Amazon Vendor Central MCP, from the same AI client.
How is Kuudo different from Amazon Ads Agent?
Amazon Ads Agent is Amazon's ad platform, and its built-in conversational experience, in closed beta, writes AMC SQL from plain language. Kuudo reaches the same platform through Amazon's APIs, so the agent is yours: it runs from the AI client you choose, follows the rules your team writes, sees your seller and vendor data beside AMC, and is deployed in your cloud.
What does Amazon Marketing Cloud cost?
Amazon says AMC is available at no cost to eligible advertisers. Paid signal subscriptions, partner services, implementation, cloud infrastructure, and Kuudo pricing are separate costs.
How is customer privacy handled?
AMC accepts pseudonymized inputs and returns aggregated, anonymous outputs. Kuudo keeps those constraints and the source trail visible in the run rather than exposing individual customer records.
Can I export Amazon Marketing Cloud data?
Not at the user or event level. Amazon's AMC privacy page says AMC does not allow user-level or event-level information to be exported, the Amazon Ads tables cannot be exported, and every report is aggregated with a minimum threshold. Aggregated query results are what leave AMC.
Can Kuudo activate an audience, and how soon is it usable?
Yes. Kuudo prepares activation-ready audiences for sponsored, video, and display ads, and the write waits at a human approval gate until an authorized reviewer accepts the audience and payload. Amazon then does the rest: an AMC audience needs a minimum size of 2,000 records (Amazon recommends targeting 2,500 or more so it does not fail), is distributed directly to Amazon DSP rather than exported, and may take up to 48 hours to be available for use there. Rule-based audiences built in the AMC UI refresh daily; through the API the refresh rate is 0 to 21 days, and an audience with a refresh rate of 0 is deactivated after 30 days.
Are the results repeatable?
Yes. Each request resolves to a versioned Skill and run log, so the same analysis can be reviewed, rerun on a later window, and compared without rebuilding the method from scratch.
