Managed Vendor Central MCP connects your AI client to authorized vendor operations while Kuudo operates the service. Use the supported tools for purchase orders, shipments, invoices, direct fulfillment and reporting.
Obtain the managed connection
Start with the Managed MCP connection guide. Request access to this service and obtain its connection URL and authentication method. Add the supplied connection to your AI client. Keep service credentials in secure connection settings rather than ordinary chat messages.
Managed MCP and Private Cloud share the same ownership principles. The setup described here uses the service operated by Kuudo. For customer-cloud infrastructure, see Private Cloud.
Confirm the vendor authorization
Use the vendor account authorization required for the intended operation. Confirm the vendor identity, region and relevant identifiers before reading data. A seller grant does not establish vendor permissions, and availability depends on the account roles and operation.
Verify a bounded first task
Use this request after connecting:
Confirm the vendor account context for this connection.
Show the available purchase-order reading tools and required identifiers.
Do not acknowledge orders, confirm shipments or submit invoices. The response should state the intended account and any missing scope or identifiers. Resolve those inputs before requesting a particular purchase order, shipment or invoice.
Continue with the product workflow
Keep the initial check separate from consequential operations. Review the exact purchase orders, quantities, dates or invoice details before submitting a change under your approval policy.
See the product overview and shared usage reference for the supported workflow. To change where the service runs, follow Choose Managed MCP or Private Cloud.
